“Thank you very much for all your work in the career coaching session last week. The feedback I  have received from the group has been  very positive and everyone was very  impressed with your knowledge  of our group and how well you incorporated that knowledge  into the delivery of the coaching session. Everyone walked  away feeling that your delivery of the  program, specifically to our organization needs, will allow them to  directly implement ideas into their coaching process. Once again thank you very much I felt the session  was very beneficial to our group.”

360º Leadership Impact Feedback
Leadership/Impact ® (L/I) is a feedback system from Human Synergistics that provides managers and executives with unique insights into their leadership strategies and the impact of those strategies on the behavior and performance of others. Such insights can be used as the basis for promoting the development of leadership strategies and techniques that contribute to the individual’s leadership effectiveness over time, performance, and productivity of the organization and its members.

You should consider a Leadership/Impact ® assessment if:

Viewing the impact of the team gives the leader a picture of the way in which the team is behaving currently and a sense of what motivates team behavior. A clear strategy for change and a move toward a more constructive impact is also provided.

Working It Out: Intervention / Mediation Services

Conflict between individuals at any level in the organization can seriously impact commitment, productivity and creative endeavor.  It can also erode team or departmental engagement, staff retention, and limit the ability of the organization to deliver service quality.

Our Intervention and Mediation services are focused upon facilitating understanding and communication between the parties in order to develop and explore options for reconciliation and a constructive path forwards.  Self awareness and conscious self management, the ability to truly hear the other’s perspective and an intention focused upon positive resolution to achieve a common goal, are foundational to successful facilitation.

Influence Edge: Persuading Others to Help You Achieve Your Goals

Influence is not a matter of luck, natural talent or charisma.  Successful influencers have a plan and know when to use the right influencing behaviors at the right time. How do you sell your ideas? How do you move people to action? What impressions do you need to make with people to achieve your goals? These are the important questions of personal leadership and influence. In this highly interactive workshop, participants learn and practice influencing skills that are essential for working effectively in complex, highly interconnected work environments.

The Art of Performance Coaching
Coaching releases performance and potential.  Without coaching, the best employee remains merely a capable individual; the mediocre never realize their promise, and the potential locked inside of a troubled performer remains hidden away. Effective performance coaching conversations are “connective” and invite people to participate. They are not lectures. They are not harangues. They are two people equally exchanging their views and perceptions. All “connective” conversations have some common characteristics. They’re truthful. They build trust and relationship. They come from positive motives. This half-day workshop helps coaches find and fine-tune their leadership voice so that their conversations are connective, powerful, positive, and get results.

Three Leadership Conversations
Great leaders grow great people. And a key to that growth is a leader’s ability to move people to action through performance and development conversations. In today’s fast-paced, every-changing, over-stressed work environment, these conversations need to be both effective and powerful. The day-to-day pace of business leaves most managers with little time and energy for developing the people who report to them. By developing their ability to have focused, outcome oriented conversations that engage and coach their talented people, any manager can be a successful developer of others. Three Leadership Conversations provides a foundational skill base for developing skills in coaching, motivating, and mentoring, and creating a team atmosphere where people will thrive and grow.

Career Coaching for Managers
This program prepares managers to help their team members focus on career development and in setting both short and long term career goals. Given the fierce competition for qualified talent, today’s organizations must be able to offer a rewarding future to their employees. At the same time, individuals must prepare themselves to meet the challenges of new strategic directions in the workplace. Career coaches play a critical role in this process by finding the common ground between the career aspirations of the individual and the organization’s goals. In this interactive workshop, managers will increase their career coaching knowledge and skills by understanding five essential career coaching skills that provide a framework for career coaching; practicing the coaching skills in a variety of collaborative exercises and case studies, and using the framework and skills to plan a career coaching session with a targeted employee.
