Engaging the Changing Workforce looks at talent through a generational lens. The generations are rewriting the rules and reinventing themselves – and most organizations are misunderstanding their intentions or missing their cues. It’s time to rethink how your organization will plan for talent acquisition and retention over the long term. This interactive workshop explores the changing workplace and what you can do to stay in the game. You will be provided with strategies for constructively retaining, engaging and developing talent of all ages: younger talent, mid-career workers of any age, boomers and beyond.  The program is based on extensive research of fundamental changes underway in today’s workforce.
