Su Townsend

Su is an experienced researcher and program designer, with strong career development assessment and coaching skills.  A company senior executive at 26, Su ran a very profitable division of a large international research house and has worked with organizations of varying size and from many different industries.

Her research expertise includes the area of organizational development. Su was most recently the Vice President, Operations of a corporate training company where she created custom programs focusing on leadership effectiveness, team development, and sales performance, designed to align with corporate goals. Her breadth of experience gives her a deep resource to tap into when working with individuals to maximize their potential.

Su holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Rhodes University in South Africa and has certifications in assessment tools, focused upon leadership, team and individual development.

Su joins the Centrepoint Career Management team as a Senior Consultant tasked with business development and the creation of creative solutions designed to provide enhanced talent management success for clients.
