Kathi Irvine
Kathi
is an accomplished facilitator and management coach with a strong focus
both on team interventions and individual employee development. She has
fifteen years of corporate leadership roles in the financial services industry
where she worked in partnership with business leaders to design quality
learning programs which incorporated adult learning principles to meet strategic
business goals.
Kathi brings extensive experience in improving employee effectiveness and
implementing change leadership practices ina variety of industries. Her
expertise is proven in the design of leadership initiatives which focus
on corporate mission and values, business strategy, performance management
and employee satisfaction.
Kathi holds an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and an M.A. in Leadership with a specialization in organizational development from Royal Roads university, along with numerous certifications in adult learning practices. She is currently on the Board of Directors
for Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and is the chair of Human Resource
Management Association Training Roundtable.
