Jennifer Reed-Lewis

Jen Reed-Lewis, is a seasoned leadership coach and organizational development consultant and skilled facilitator who specializes in leadership development, career management, and building high performance cultures and work teams.

With more than fifteen years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience, her multi-faceted consulting practice is grounded upon practical but effective techniques to draw the best out in her clients.  Equipped with years of rich internal and external consulting experiences coupled with ongoing education, Jen has a solid background to help leaders strategically position their companies for higher levels of employee performance.

Prior to working in association with Centrepoint Career Management, Jen was a senior organizational development consultant at Clarica (a division of Sun Life Assurance Company) and held various human resources leadership roles at Schneider Foods. Through these experiences, she has acquired intimate knowledge of leadership challenges and consequently upholds practicality as part of her partnership protocol with clients.
