Doris Bentley

Doris is the founder and Managing Director of Centrepoint. Over the past 12 years, she has fostered the growth of the business to it’s current place as a leading edge talent management consulting firm, assisting clients in successfully managing a range of talent recruitment and retention issues. As a management consultant, career coach, workshop facilitator, and sought after conference speaker, Doris also works with individuals to enhance their fit with their chosen careers, or navigate through successful career change.

Doris is a frequent conference speaker and workshop facilitator, having presented at over 30 different events within the last year. She is also retained as a resource speaker for TEC, The Executive Committee, an organization dedicated to providing customized education for chief executive officers and their key executive groups.

As the Director of Client Services for Career Systems International for Western Canada, she is also part of an international consulting practice that provides talent management training and consulting solutions to Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations.

Doris is the author of The Competency Connection®: Strategic Hiring for a Changing Workplace, which provides organizations with a complete game plan for the hiring process. She holds undergraduate degrees in arts and adult education, numerous certifications in the use of psychometric instruments, and the CHRP designation (Certified Human Resources Professional).

Prior to founding Centrepoint, Doris was the Vice President, Training and Consulting for Drake Beam Morin, an international career consulting firm, and held previous roles in HR management in professional services firms.
