Christina Sestan

Christina is an ambitious, energetic and dynamic coach, trainer, speaker and facilitator with almost fifteen years of corporate and consultative experience.

Christina has spent hundreds of hours coaching corporate and individual clients through a variety of challenges. She has led numerous training sessions encompassing a wide variety of topics including customer service, communication, team-building, coaching, sales and others. Christina creates a powerful learning environment through her commitment, dedication, authenticity and warmth.

In her previous management position with Innotech Aviation, a division of IMP Group, Christina focused on employee empowerment, sales motivation, team cohesion, process improvement, and mentoring.

Christina holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching designation from The Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, California. Christina also completed an 18 month “train the trainer” program with Dynamic Achievement Group, a Vancouver based training company.
