Centrepoint operates on a “retained” search basis for our full service search engagements. We guarantee the results, as our approach incorporates design, processes, tools, technology, and efficiency to the search and selection process. We have never simply gone with the flow. Our constant focus has been on improving the quality of recruitment and selection in simple and cost-effective ways. Our unique ability to help organizations hire for the right fit comes from our approach of spending more time at the start of the process and less time screening unqualified applicants by creating a tighter search and screening process. In addition, as we're trusted as career consultants and coaches, we often attract hard-to-move candidates that other firms can't budge.
As an alternative to full service recruitment, our clients also engage us on an “unbundled” basis to execute specific portions of the search process. From research to referencing, each aspect of the process can be provided on an hourly or project basis.
