This six-hour learning event explores today’s evolving workforce, first through a generational lens of four generations working side by side, then to an understanding of the new rules and roles both managers and employees need to play to stay in the game. Unlike other sessions on Gen X and Y, this learning event offers comprehensive awareness building and action planning that includes practical tools and takeaways for engaging a changing workforce, regardless of the size of your organization, private or public sector.

The concepts of Engaging a Changing Workforce are customizable to fit one to three hour time-frames for your leadership meetings, professional development days, management retreats, or conferences.

Engaging and Retention Skill-Building Workshops for Managers

Based on the concepts of Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: Getting Good People to Stay, this learning solution refocuses managers’ attitudes about talent. Participants assess their own talent risks and prepare for powerful “stay interviews” as they build individualized engagement and retention plans for their team members. Shorter awareness building sessions on these concepts can be customized to fit 90 minute to three hour time-frames for your leadership meetings, professional development days, management retreats, or conferences.

The Building Your Brand experience is an innovative strategy for increasing engagement by preparing employees to manage their reputations in the organization.
