It contains a manual with guided instructions for completing the Motivational Factors Survey for you and three of your team members. The manual and CD show you how to debrief the results and how to facilitate the conversations that will take you to a new understanding of what makes your team members tick. Motivating others begins with insight into their thinking and priorities.

The tool kit can be used as a stand alone process, as part of your management development program, or as a follow-on tool to support the results of your engagement survey. We also provide supportive coaching to assist you in maximizing results!
